C-Service Truck Final Certification

Review of the C-Service competencies required to be demonstrated by the Service Advisor.

Completion of various Role Plays to assess competencies and knowledge within the aftersales environment, which 80% must be achieve for each role play.

Online multiple choice assessment in which 80% must be achieved in each section.

Feedback on strengths and opportunities will be given by assessor. Note, the assessor will not be in a position to advise the individual’s certification status on the day.
