This course is part of the Diagnostic Technician Development programme. Objectives: Ask the customer questions that are pertinent to the complaint, Develop a strategy plan for resolving the customer complaint, Make use of the required information sources (workshop literature). Course contents: Actros model series 963, Networking, On-board electrical system, Drive authorisation, Access authorisation, Air conditioning system, Heating system. Mandatory Pre-requisite: Successfully passed T0523F-UK.TR – Truck Diagnostic Technician initial Test.
