Gearshift systems

At the end of the training course you will have the knowledge and skills set to:

• Describe the integration of the new transmission management system in the networking scheme
• The design and individual functions of the control units for drive control
• Adaptive drive control and gear control,
• The new clutch operating mechanism
• The new shifting systems, the interaction of the transmission and drive control systems
• Assess exemplary input and output signals on control units and components of the gearshift systems,
• Evaluate actual values and the associated driving situations
• Use DAS to identify and eliminate the effects of mechanical faults on the gearshift system
• Perform a diagnosis on the transmission management systems
• Perform test, adjustment and repair work
