Managers will learn how to manage a robust induction process so that newly appointed employees can hit the ground running and are given the very best opportunity to succeed in their new role.

The course will also look at new and innovate ways of sourcing and attracting new people to the business, including how to successfully integrate people from outside of the industry into the business.
